Am I liable if someone gets hurt in my driveway

The state is: NJ

My neighbor's visitors use my driveway as a short cut to reach the neighbor's house. While doing so they do some mischief like spitting on my car, littering etc.

My question is this - if for some reason they get hurt in my driveway, am I held liable. Would it not be considered as trespassing.

    • Yes, no, maybe. Who knows. It all depends on the situation.

Will they be getting hurt, due to your negligence? Like broken glass, rusty nails, or something for them to trip over?
